Delete your Memflo account
You can ask us to delete your Memflo account and the data linked to it at any time. Here is how it works.
How to request deletion
To request deletion, email us at support@memflo.co.uk from the email address linked to your Memflo account. Using your account email helps us confirm the request is really from you. Please use the subject line below so we can action it quickly.
What will be deleted
When we action your request, we remove the personal data and saved information associated with your account, including:
- Account details such as your email, phone number and profile settings
- Saved items such as notes, documents, receipts, invoices, screenshots and links
- Reminders you have created
- Actions and checklists
- Usage history
- Other associated app data
What may be retained
Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, billing or compliance reasons. We keep only what we need for these purposes and for no longer than necessary.
A note about purchases
If you have an active subscription bought through the iOS app, deleting your Memflo account does not cancel your Apple subscription. Please also cancel the subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings to stop future renewals. Billing and refunds for in app purchases are handled by Apple.
How long it takes
We aim to confirm and complete your deletion request within a reasonable period after we verify it. We will email you once it is done. If you have any questions, contact support@memflo.co.uk.
