Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Memflo and they govern your use of the Memflo app and website. By creating an account or using Memflo, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use Memflo.

Use of Memflo

Memflo is an AI memory inbox for life, work and business. It helps you save important information and turn it into reminders, actions, checklists, summaries and follow ups. You may use Memflo only in line with these terms and applicable law. You must be at least 18 years old to use Memflo.

Accounts and verification

To use Memflo you create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure. We may ask you to verify your email and phone to help keep your account safe. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Your saved content

You keep ownership of the content you save in Memflo. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content so the app can work for you, including processing it with artificial intelligence to produce summaries, actions and reminders. You are responsible for the content you save and for having the right to save it. Saved items remain private to you unless you choose to share them.

AI generated outputs may not always be perfect

Memflo uses artificial intelligence to read your saved content and to suggest dates, amounts, tasks, reminders, checklists and summaries. These outputs are a helpful aid and may contain mistakes or miss details. You remain responsible for checking important information before you rely on it. Do not depend on Memflo alone for anything critical, such as payment deadlines or legal dates.

Memflo is not professional advice

Memflo does not provide financial, legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Nothing in the app is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. We do not guarantee savings and we do not guarantee that a bill, deadline or task will never be missed. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Subscriptions and credits

• Subscription credits reset every month.
• Yearly subscriptions bill once a year and your credits still reset every month.
• Credit packs are one time add ons and are not subscriptions.
• Memflo does not offer unlimited AI. Usage is measured in credits as described in the app.

Apple in app purchases

Subscriptions and credit packs purchased in the iOS app are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds for in app purchases are handled by Apple where applicable, in line with Apple policies.

Acceptable use

When using Memflo you agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive, upload content that infringes the rights of others, attempt to access accounts or systems that are not yours, interfere with or disrupt the service, reverse engineer or misuse the app, or use automated means to overload or abuse the service or its credits. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service or break these terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Memflo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We may update, change or remove features, and we may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Memflo after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memflo is provided on an as available basis and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI outputs, missed deadlines, missed payments or decisions you make using the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
