Billing and Apple purchases

If you purchase a subscription or credit pack through the iOS app, billing, cancellation and refunds are managed by Apple through your Apple ID. You can view and manage your subscription, change your plan or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings on your device. For refunds, please contact Apple Support, and feel free to email us so we can help with anything on the Memflo side.

Reporting a bug

To help us resolve issues quickly, please include where possible what you were trying to do, what happened and what you expected, your device model and iOS version, and a screenshot if you have one. Send it to support@memflo.co.uk.
